BIO
Puse muchísimo esfuerzo, expectativas y energía en Flor Mostaza. It wasn’t any easy for me get used to the idea of live without that project being part of my life. I actually fell into a deep depression for more than a year. Those were very dark times for me.
A little more than one year after my returning to Argentina, in 2003, I moved to Monterrey, Mexico for a whole year. Although I tried to join or form a band in there, I didn’t find like-minded people to do it. So, I didn’t make any music on that period.
After a while, I had a few uncompleted songs and I was in need of some feedback from other musicians in order to finish them. I team up with my old friends José Vicario on bass, Aldo Bassán on Drums and Luciano Losin on Guitar. My original intention was to make a studio project because I was more interested on compose and record songs than playing live. That’s the main reason I had chosen the name (Hikikomori, japanesse word that mean “pulling inward, being confined, acute social withdrawal”) para este proyecto.
Treculius Invocarum (Live 07.27.2007)
Publicamos un single en 2007. One Yottabyte of Hate was the first song I produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by myself. I’m very happy with the final result considering that the drums are midi programmed and, in those days, there wasn’t available the kind of software for music production we have nowadays.
Despierta la Bestia (Live 07.27.2007)
Once we released that single, I started to work in an EP but, rehearsing for live shows was very demanding and time consuming and I didn’t had to much free time to spare. Even worst, Jose, Aldo and Luciano were playing together in another band so… all the work related to this project was over my back. After a while, I started to fell a little bit tired and I gradually sunsetted the project.
Anal Blasphemation (Live 08.25.2007)
In a near future I’m planning to produce and release the songs that were made for this project. It’s in my to-do list.
