τὸ ἄπειρον (to ápeiron) es una palabra griega que significa “(that which is) unlimited”, “boundless”, “infinite”, o “indefinite” de ἀ- (a-), “without” y πεῖραρ (peirar),  the Ionic Greek form of πέρας (peras). “end, limit, boundary”.

τὸ ἄπειρον is central to the cosmological theory created by Anaximander, a 6th-century BC pre-Socratic Greek philosopher whose work is mostly lost. From the few existing fragments, we learn that he believed the beginning or ultimate reality (arche) is eternal and infinite, or boundless, subject to neither old age nor decay, which perpetually yields fresh materials from which everything we can perceive is derived. El ápeiron generated the opposites (hot–cold, wet–dry, etc.) que participaron en la creación del universo. Todo se genera en el apeirón y luego se destruye al regresar al apeirón, según la necesidad. Él creía que mundos infinitos son generados del apeirón y luego son destruidos de vuelta en él.

I took Anaximander’s philosophical concept and applied it to my music. It’s my most experimental project. It’s where I try out everything that comes to my mind without even think about the end result. In this project I grant me total freedom to explore and experiment with anything and everything.
